Privacy Policy
Last updated: 25 April 2026. This policy explains what we collect, what we don’t, and your rights as a user of AlBills.
The short version: We never store your invoices. They’re sent to our AI for reading and deleted immediately. We collect only what we need to run your account.
1. What we collect
- Account data — name, email, hashed password (or auth provider ID).
- Usage data — credits remaining, extraction count, processing logs (without document content).
- Payment data — handled entirely by our payment processor (Gumroad). We never see card numbers.
- Cookies — only what is required for authentication and session state.
2. What we don’t store
- The contents of any invoice, PDF, image or document you upload.
- Files are streamed to our AI provider (Anthropic / Claude), processed, and discarded.
- We do not use your documents to train models.
3. Third parties
- Supabase — account database and authentication.
- Anthropic (Claude) — AI processing of uploaded documents.
- Gumroad — payment processing for credit purchases.
- Vercel — hosting.
4. Your rights
You can request deletion of your account and any associated metadata at any time by emailing intothestillnes@gmail.com.
