The short version: Use it for legitimate work. Don’t abuse it. We provide the tool as-is and continuously improve it. Your data stays yours.
1. The service
AlBills provides AI-powered invoice data extraction and a set of free financial calculators. Service availability is best-effort but not 100% guaranteed.
2. Your account
- You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you provide.
- You are responsible for keeping your password and account credentials secure.
- You may not share your account or use it on behalf of a third party without permission.
3. Acceptable use
- Don’t upload content you don’t have rights to process.
- Don’t attempt to extract personal data of others without their consent.
- Don’t reverse-engineer the service, scrape it at scale, or interfere with its operation.
4. Credits & payments
- The first 3 invoices are free. Beyond that, processing costs $0.50 per invoice.
- Payments are handled by Gumroad. Refunds are subject to Gumroad’s policy and our discretion in case of clear technical fault.
- Credits are non-transferable.
5. Data ownership
You retain full ownership of any invoice data you upload and any extracted output. AlBills does not claim any rights over your business data.
6. Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranty. AlBills is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the tool. Always verify extracted data before using it for accounting, tax, or legal purposes.
7. Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date and announced where reasonable.
